Our story
From two laptops to a global client list
FAcode Software Solutions was founded in Pune in 2023 by engineers who had spent years inside larger IT companies watching the same pattern repeat: clients paying premium rates while the actual work passed through layers of managers before reaching a developer.
We decided to remove the layers. At FAcode, the person who scopes your project is the person who architects it, and the developers who build it are on your weekly calls. That single decision shaped everything else — our pricing, our process, and the reason clients in the USA, UK, and UAE keep coming back after their first project.
Today we're a growing team of full-stack developers, designers, and DevOps engineers working out of Pune — one of India's strongest technology hubs — shipping products for startups and established businesses on four continents.
